Your account and household

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and use the app lawfully. You are responsible for activity through your account. Only invite people you intend to share a household with. Household members can see shared data and may change it according to their access. Review visibility before entering sensitive information.

Your information

You retain ownership of records, photos and other content you provide. You give Money Sweetie permission to store, process and show that content as needed to provide the app, synchronize your household and support the features you choose. Do not upload material you lack the right to use. Our privacy policy explains data handling. You may export and delete your account in the app; shared history can remain for other members as explained on our deletion page.

Features and availability

Money Sweetie is a planning and recordkeeping tool, not a bank, payment processor or financial adviser. Information in the app, including imported or AI-suggested entries, may be incomplete or inaccurate; review it before relying on it. We may improve, change or discontinue features and may need to suspend access for maintenance, abuse or security. We will try to communicate material changes.

Paid skins are one-time purchases for the purchaser’s account and are not shared with the household. The Calendar Copy Cat alpha- and beta-testing skin is the exception: it is shared with the tester’s current household. Each paid offer will show its price and purchase terms before you pay.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, use it to harm others, or submit malware or unlawful content. We may restrict an account to protect users or the service, subject to applicable law.

Limits

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it may have interruptions or errors. To the extent law allows, it is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular financial decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including consumer protections in your location.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@moneysweetie.com. If these terms change materially, we will update the date and provide notice where required. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
